Born 1903 in Boston, MA; died 1991 in South Carolina. Attorney, Judge, educator. John C. Fitzgerald graduated from Boston College in 1925 and received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1928. This collection of transparencies was used by representatives of the Atomic Energy Commission (A.E.C.) during a presentation before the Alaska House State Affairs Committee, April 4, 1970, in Juneau.
